Aston Martin DP-100 VGT

In GT7, this Aston Martin DP-100 VGT tune for Tokyo WTC 600 is my go-to setup for consistent wins and clean race bonuses. It will do all 12 laps without pitting and run 2:04’s consistently. It’s a FAST car in the 600 range, with only one car that can do that course faster (but it needs an engine swap). You must short shift this car, however. If you do not, you will use up too much fuel with no gain. In fact, if you short shift, you will see the speedometer move much faster than if you let it rev! Enough with the chit chat, here’s the tune.

Purchasing the car

You can find the DP-100 in Brand Central, under Europe > United Kingdom > Aston Martin. It’s available for 1,000,000 credits, which is steep. But you can earn it’s money back and then some with just two races if you keep the clean race bonus.

Tuning Shop Parts

From there, you only need a couple of parts to make this tune happen. Head to the tuning shop and purchase the following:

Sports Sports: Hard tires

Club Sports Ballast

And that’s it!

There is not much to change on this front.

Performance Adjustment Ballast: 200 Ballast Positioning: -31

You are now ready to race!

Strategy

Up until about 190, you are the fastest moving car on the field, and you’re the most maneuverable as well. As long as you short shift, you will not have to pit as your fuel and tires will last the entire race. Just stay away from the other cars and don’t hit any cones, and the clean race bonus is yours.
